Located in the Moreton Bay suburb of Mango Hill about 40 minutes from Brisbane’s CBD, our Tavern is a family-friendly venue with a great indoor and outdoor play area to keep the kids amused.
We are located in a great part of the Moreton Bay region. Although locally known by the name Mango Hill since the 1950s, it wasn’t until 1 September 1980 that it was formally decreed. The name was chosen to commemorate the section of mango trees planted along the 700-metre section of Anzac Avenue that passes through the area.
Our venue features a contemporary design with warm, natural tones and exposed recycled timber elements. In 2009, the Queensland Hotel Association recognized the tavern’s design and ambiance by awarding it the Best New Tavern award.
The Brisbane ‘Quest Awards’ also honored Mango Hill Tavern with the Best Casual Dining award in both 2009 and 2010.
Our brand-new beer garden and deck are now ready to go and the little ones haven’t been forgotten either, with our new epic new kids playground.
Our sports bar is equipped with plenty of Fox Sports screens to keep you up to date with your favourite code, with full UBET and SST facilities.
The sports bar is equipped with a large 105-inch plasma TV, TAB facilities, Keno, and a pool table, making it an ideal spot for social gatherings and sports enthusiasts. Additionally, the gaming room features 40 of the latest machines, including Fastlane and Jackpot Carnival links.
